If people just took the time to read with clarity and not jump to conclusions.

Quitclaim Deeds / Due-On-Sale Clause: This is a topic that's been beaten to death on BP and I'm not necessarily trying to re-hash that discussion but I am trying to gain some clarity on a point that was made on this podcast. 

Did you ever get clarity on this?

I like his lease due to its clarity and comprehensiveness. 

I'm still working to understand how I can best leverage my unique situation to find success in REI, but I know that once I do have that clarity, I'm going to be hyper-focused in putting that plan into action!

I'm sure more seasoned investors than myself will have more to add, but hopefully the responses below give you some clarity.1) Perhaps the reason they are rejecting you isn't truly a lack of credit history.

hey @Joe MendeI like your strategy and it is an interesting question; which i don't have the answer to.But regardless of what that max number is, you should still forge ahead if that is what you are trying to do.At one house per year, you have plenty of time to gain clarity on what horizon looks like and revisit your strategy if need be.Just my 2 cents.

As far as the wholesaler doing all of that... it sounds like some clarity is definitely needed there!
