It took me over over a week to find out who all tenants are (legal and otherwise) because code enforcement has been involved for months and issued several citations.

@Alfonzo Credit II Double check with the city of Redford they have been issuing citations without a first or second warning.

Let the city or whoever has the legal authority to enforce the citation tell the owner.

Showing that he is REQUIRED to pull permit on the contract seals the deal, in case of trouble, the city will send a citation that they need to inspect this and that, that will be your proof that he did not pull permit.
