Medication will be developed to combat this virus and things will calm down.  

It looks like traditionally, FHA loans go through a "waterfall" from forbearance, to repayment plan, to loan modification, and it would appear this is largely at the discretion of the bank.My understanding of the CARE act is that it only mandates forbearance. 

@Taylor Watson I will be heading out that way after all of this COVID stuff has calmed down and would be willing to meet up when I get out there.  

So as an agent myself I just have to calm my fears by reminding myself that’s I know this market, I love this house, we probably wouldn’t have gotten it without a war in our normal market and we are it for the long term even if the market dips.  

In this case if we all just calm down we will live to see another day - and another rent check God Bless
