We (my partner/boyfriend and I) talk about this first home as our 'tester' home - the one that we can learn from and see if this is something we want to pursue.

My boyfriend signed up for the 3-day workshop and it looks like they don't have any dates set for 2018 yet....which is a little odd.

When my boyfriend moved in,  LL drew up a new lease for him and the last roommate as they were the two living there.

I would also consider not renewing her lease because her boyfriend sounds like he may cause problems for you in the future.  

Now that it is time for the lease to be up, the woman wants to still live there but with her new boyfriend.

Also, when I have a roommate situation or boyfriend/girlfriend living together, I will only do the lease with one person.

Turns out my tenant was dating former boyfriend of car driver.

The previous landlord was a boyfriend, other landlord was a friend of the family, and finally she had a serious case of neglect on her record.

My husband's sister has lived in the home with her 2 kids and boyfriend for about 7 years, just as long as my father in-law had owned it.
