@Price Kenney  Look into setting up an LP.....most likely your best route but get advice from cross border specialists as every person's situation is different.  

Condos in certain parts of the city at certain price points are really soft right now, such as Petworth north up to the border, EOTR, Hill East to name a few in the lower price points.

Is it worth the risk/reward investing south of the border for Canadians?
