When did you buy, is it an area you're interested in continuing to invest in, how are bookings during the off-season, etc?

I'd research Lease-Option and Seller Financing to get a better understanding.I may also consult a different realtor that's local to your market to see how to get this home off your books

But in the end/exit , the deal tends to be more important.Sanjay, this is a phrase I'm often repeating on podcasts, in my book, and here in the forums:A good sponsor can deliver the best possible outcome in the face of adversity, and a bad sponsor can screw up a perfectly good real estate deal.  

Those should drive a ton of traffic to your listing.Furnished Finder is the go to for MTRs (long term rentals with a shorter stay, over 30 days).You can also use FB like @Bruce Woodruff mentioned but you will need to get everything setup to take bookings.

The lender Bank was being bought by a larger and needed the non-performing loan off of the books made the deal even sweeter.
