So, here's one very strong argument for never, ever EVER using accordion-type plastic or thin metal dryer vent hose. 

. - All existing homes, decks, and accessory structures must be painted an approved color- All trailers must have metal skirting- No broken glass, etc.You can probably visit other parks to research what rules they use to keep the park nice.

I met all my current network of agents, lenders, etc. through meetups. 

Concrete and sheet metal everything.

This is just an idea, but I would put up a simple patio cover with cedar posts and a top of metal or lattice material.  

The lowboys in place currently are either in those metal cabinet enclosures or just sitting in the kitchen next to the countertop. 

These old tile alcove surrounds in our area were built hard the old-fashioned way, thickset mortar beds on metal lath with tile beaten in over them.

I just fully deploy it in recession proof activities like lease to own & some metals for insurance & upside during a crash!

If you buy a property with chrome or brass fixtures, you can easily change to either brushed nickel or Oil rubbed bronze with the appropriate colored metallic spray paint.
