What annoys me is the majority of people blindly paying interest over 30 years towards a mortgage because they are chasing lower interest rates and end up spending more money in the long run once closing costs and renewing a 30 year term are factored into the process.

I joked on another post that I should start a cat tree flipping coaching program (buy cat trees on Amazon then renovate them with top of the line cat toys and decor (Disney theme, bird theme etc and charge more, which is the flip)...someone might actually pay for it lolI agree with you there agents who are licensed and not competent, I attended an open house here and the agent didn't know about non-QM financing.
