My bet on the next twist is the death turning out not to be natural causes.

I'm getting to a point where I might want to pursue a lender for future investments but am trying to understand how these lenders choose people to work with.These types of lenders are called "Hard Money" because they are not betting on the borrower. 

Kind of like todays guy Pace Morby  lots of BP folks take a shot at him but I bet he has made well over 50  million selling his system.

Don't bank on them integrating with new technologies any time soon.Guesty for Pros: This is expensive but does have the most support. 

I don't anticipate it anytime soon but yeah that is my strategy.

No one knew those you listed would not be good bets before they weren't. 

I disagree, I had a time when my name and the name on the insurance didn't match and the lender was all over it, regardless of the on-time payments.Your best bet is to refi into a commercial loan that allows the LLC (if you've already purchased the property), or close directly with a commercial loan / DSCR loan.

Brother I'm really sorry to hear your story, really Charissa Nappoles and Rober Mincey is the worst composition, I bet they make tons of kickbacks and don't give a **** on what they are really doing
