Even those who argue US is at this moment ALSO agree it's very close to flipping too China and from there forward, good luck dethroning China because China also has #1 resource reserves in world, with exception to oil. 

At the moment I have four rentals, all SFHs, and bought starting in 2013.

SW Michigan is a beautiful and growing market, with great opportunities across the board, from family homes to investment properties.

It seems to be missing the wood flooring at the moment, but did get the insulation wet and there was a puddle of water under the pipe.

Even if they give the landing page a few moments, if WE MAKE IT HARD for them to engage with the page, they will EASILY give up and leave.So, how can we make their experience seamless?

I totally agree, so many properties there are new and beautiful that there needs to be *something* to really stand outYou make a really good point re: no plan B, and in general I’ve seen the home values in that market depreciating (assuming because of the boom / growth in supply in the last couple years).I might be wrong here but I assumed that a general trade off between vacation market and metro areas would generally be that strs in vacation markets don’t really have a plan BI’m pretty split at the moment, but really appreciate your thoughts

I tell people that I start my day with a list of 100 things to do, and by the time i finish the first 10, the list is already back up to 120 and I'm lucky to end the day back at 100.Maybe this is a moment of weakness, but, it sure seems like I have them more and more often and that lifestyle of a passive investor analyzing DST's every 5-7 years, and checking on quarterly reports keeps seeming more and more attractive!
