No money down, and it opened my eyes to the power of real estate!

From what we have been seeing from the people investing in our projects from abroad is that only to open a bank account they themselves need to be here, although I imagine that towards the future this will be changed as well. 

I like option 2 to diversify the investments in 3 smaller rental propertires, 3/2 around 1500 sqft, in good school districts which will open the biggest pool of tenants. 

They tend to be slightly better deals than what you might find on the open market.

It took about 2 years from contract to opening. 

Therefore this post but those numbers (thank you) eye opening.

My go-to example of this is that we had a garage door opener break in a unit when my wife (girlfriend at the time) had PM service.

He is open to seller finance with 0% interest.

Think of all the horror stories about tenants maxing out the heat with their windows open during the winter, deliberately running water bills up, etc.
