I'm not doing section 8 yet.I've posted only one of my properties on Zillow ones just to see the people's reaction and I had a bunch of section 8 candidates, the highest voucher I see was a lady with $1,150, I had the post for half day because they blow up my phone lol, with that said, I'm not sure if numbers are accurate.now I have a guy that finds me tenants and is working well, he is also my handyman.
