There is a continuous stream of events that includes the Carolina Country Music Festival, numerous biker weeks, and collegiate and age-grade athletic events. 

Try connecting with faculty, summer programs, specific majors, the athletic department, or other groups you know will be on campus during summer months and let them know you have property available. 

I think we'd agree that its true one would make oodles of money being a professional athlete (if you are male anyway righ tnow). 

Also, being a college athlete is a great thing on a resume. 

My background: I just moved to CA from MI after being a student athlete at Michigan State (Go Green!).

Case in point...I just closed a deal for a professional athlete that I brokered through a company I'll never use again where they required that my client have a CPA write a letter that the customer's financial position will not be negatively impacted by making the loan.

Listen there is a price to pay in life, and my favourite bit I like to add is: and there is no discount, we all  have to pay THE FULL PRICE (price is not necessarily money) What many people are forgetting here is that the best athletes in the world need coaches (not gurus).
