I know it would come crashing down on me if I didn't keep up with the market rates.

And I am trying to figure out how they arrive at that sum total.

If they think property values will be crashing soon and we will be in a recession, they will come in lower.  

We were so relieved as we had guests arriving the next day.

Anyway, the money arrived in my account early this month.
