But reality will soon set in and you’ll realize that algorithm and bp calculations don’t pan out in real life because we are dealing with people not spread sheets ...when your tenant snorts the rent money up his nose , the contractors robbed you and left a disaster , code enforcement is breathing down your throat ,insurance company cancels you .
