In my opinion, some of the ultra modern condos on beach finished right after the housing crisis have more potential in appreciation as many of them are currently selling way below the construction costs.

When these claims are made or boasting of success, you'll usually find that disclaimer of "your mileage may vary" as this can be grounds for fraud, so if that's the case, perhaps you should simply ignore the dollar signs when looking for an education.My advice, get to know a mentor or coach, their business ethics should be beyond reproach and they should be teaching what is ethical and certainly legal. :)

Yes, he can buy, take title and sell Sub-2.If I were to say that pigs don't fly on their own and some dimwit said he had flying pigs, there are some people on here that would agree with him simply to disagree with me.So, Grant, not only did you get my opinions wrong, you were not correct and didn't even stay within the strategy asked about and you had to do that in a boasting manner while misstating my past remarks and intentions.

A broker who does as you described would get a pretty bad rep pretty quickly.If Cam's statement is true she did not make an offer in writing then she can just get her own broker who will right the deal the seller pays the commissions normally. although in ultra hot markets that may not be the case but I suspect things are not that hot in AL  I do a lot of business in AL  and yes there is competition from hedge funds for cash flow homes in some markets but anyone can buy a home especially if its MLS listed its not like this is San Francisco were you get 20 offers on a listing and its an all out bidding war.
