As I've been having conversations with different lenders, they all pretty much point us towards commercial loans due to us being an LLC, with the LLC entity as the borrower versus any of our personal names.

Once the leak was fixed the pier returned about 98% to it original position leaving a slight hump in the floor.I chiseled a couple of inches off the top of the 10x10" concreate pier and the laminate beam pretty much stayed bowed.
