At move outs I always hire cleaners and bill accordingly from their deposit, then go over it again my self before showing.

Either bank statements showing deposits or Friend of Court printout. 3) Since actual payments may vary, they need to averaged over the 3-6 months verified.Legally, you cannot ask an applicant specifically about child support income, they can only volunteer it.

It comes out that they made adjustments on October 4th, to a few proeprty ledgers 18 months prior (april 2023).Also they are trying to claim their 10% fee from the security deposits they are holding for me.They’re now claiming I owe them money that wasn’t owed, it’s only showing as owed beciase of the ledger adjustment referred to earlier.This reeks of fraud to me.

I know to search every night at midnight, because a lot of resorts get released in their system then.So total cost for a week is your maintenance deposit on your resort, then your membership into the trading company like RCI or II which is about $70 per year, the $219 exchange trade fee, and then if you have a guest stay at the resort you book and not yourself as the owner of the traded week, there is an additional $69 fee for the guest certificate to use the week as if they were you.
