Most lenders will require that you occupy a minimum 51% of the building in order for it to classify as owner occupied.

One more thing since this property is duplexes, but there are several of them, would this classify as commercial or residential if they are all bought at one time?

I don't think regular snow classifies as "an extreme weather" condition.

And I meant Facebook Marketplace, they have a classifieds like section now that you can list rentals, sell mobile homes, etc.
