I am primarily hosting traveling medical personnel because there is a lot of demand for these professionals in our area and because my units are suited to their needs.

I was hoping to get some professional opinions and expertise. 

We have the full gambit from 1) finding and buying the right property in the right locations to 2) professional execution of the design to 3) discounted property management services.  

Would love feedback and learn from the seasoned professionals. 

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

We also need recommendations for a reliable property manager who can handle day-to-day operations.We’ll be visiting Indiana in January or February to explore neighborhoods, meet professionals, and learn more about the market.

My professional background is data science / analytics, which means analyzing cash flows will probably come more naturally than building relationships, which apparently, is how one finds deals worth making.Are there meetups in these areas I should attend (digitally at first, presumably)?
