Last resort is skip tracing, but that costs money.

Today I saw a Facebook ad from Grant Cardone's Cardone Capital.They want me to invest in $10k+ in a syndication of a Moroccan resort project.

I have zero experience with STR or resort properties but have done some rehabs. 

The best thing will be to get an inspector to inform me of everything that needs to be done, then get my estimates.I'm already pre-approved for a mortgage with a bank, but want to use that as my very last resort bc they're strict with who you can use to do the rehab once you're under a 203K loan.  

But There has to be some good incentive though like it’s in a really hot area that’s appreciating off the charts or an oceanfront or a resort lake .

Hopefully we can not have to resort to hard money on this one.
