I have also read online that the person presenting the ESA letter must have actually undergone therapy, and may even be continuing therapy, and have a recognized mental health disorder from the DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual).

This deal could have been massaged a number of ways, it's a shame it worked out the way it did but it's just as much the fault of the agents and principles involved as it is the structure of the solar contract.

At least it's a start when it comes to the numerous liability issues.We offer concierge services (private chef, on-site yoga, on-site massage, etc). and while it doesn't make us a lot of money, our markup is slim to none, it does seem to make our guests really excited and benefit us when it comes to reviews.

I have done one business like that in 20yrs because it was a place where private therapy was held and all doors were solid to the floor and they had to be home runs all the way back to the ahu so noise didn’t travel through the ductwork and overhear a conversation with a therapist
