I love New England and I’m from the Cary/raleigh area of NC so those are my top locations.

It is located in an area that attracts college students/employees, working class families, and military families.

I am located in Western, North Carolina, right outside of Asheville.

If I had to speculate, I would say they are facing some serious liquidity issues.

Within a residence there is a presumed right to privacy and installing cameras by you or your tenants can bring you legal issues.  

But after a flip, you will probably sit on the market for a while depending on the location approximate nearest city. 

Hitting these targets could be the key to unlocking lasting investment returns.Before diving in, developers need to complete pre-submittal steps, including issuing a "Notice of Intent."
