My guy would do that job for less than half that amount and not use Goodman components (I would never install a Goodman). 13 seer Goodman is the cheapest system available, my guy would do it for about $2k (and still make about $500 for a half day's work).

Transportation safety would be another biggie.He is a very good man and an extremely good lawmaker though.

The only reason they will die in 15 years is 2 reasons basically...A) Not regularly serviced,  or B) its a crasp brand like a Goodman. 

Thanks, good man, but you know that list isn't all the current vacant homes and may not be homes that are vacant today, it changes everyday, but some may have been vacant for years, you'll need to go check on them.
