Hey guys and girls.

She is not associated with a company, she's just a local girl that handles any issues that may arise and checks out new applicants.  

The same sorority group of girls has rented since 2009.  

My local (but big city) mayor & cops just busted a Golden Girls penny ante poker game, because the stakes amounted to more than $10.  

I have an interesting question that hopefully you guys (and girls) can help me out with.

, take property out of my name place in LLC, open separate bank account for rent checks to be deposited (although, I may just have the rent checks go directly into my betterment account so they can earn more interest) Of course after this step the process begins for renting the units (if they're already not leased ... a girl can hope right?)

I resently found a book on her night stand that is almost half way finished it called RICH *****, so I truly believe she is a very determined girl and I think with college or no college she will surpass my husband and I and I hope she does. :)Thank you for your advisewishing you success :)
