My employer had no locations actually in Detroit, but hundreds of my employees came from there.

When their vendors and employees want to get paid, they can't take a scissors and cut out a piece of the paper those assets are written on, and use that to pay them.Real profit is tangible, not virtual. 

I am a former insurance agent and was presented with multiple certificates of insurance that when I went to verify them they were actually not valid and/or the insurance was not the proper type for the work being done or may not have extended coverage to any workers or employees or contractors they were planning to bring on site to wortk.

@Gino Barbaro I believe the seed is set early and fostered via our education system, which by design is built to produce "good consumers and employees". 

It is for loans between relatives, between employers and employees (paycheck advances) etc.

When my employee cost me $50k I can fire him and correct the problem and move on.

Corporate leasing through your business will not work either w apt complexes that will do them because they have a clause that the unit(s) are to be used by company employees only.

I refuse to talk to tenants, that's what I have employees for.
