I call it diversity and it has worked well for me.

Neighborhood is rough in an ethnically diverse section, but property price and rents seemed good.

I believe it's different for every investor, as their goals and strategies are going to be just as diverse.

The DC area is very diverse and where you buy should vary based upon your goals. 

Long term wealth, increased month to month income, diversity? 

I do eventually want to get a Facebook page up and running for my properties, more for long-term diversity, but I've got more than enough bookings as it is so I'm not in a big rush.

View earlier this month.I did not see one person there that looked like they hated their job.. and were burnt out of working in an cube LOLwhat I saw was huge diversity in culture a company that over the top treat their employees like nothing I had ever seenFood was great and legendary I guess and FREE you work there you never have to buy food or Coffee real Baristas in every building just about.. 

They do have a diverse economy in terms of technology, O&G, hospitals, and universities.

Hi Deep / Adrià,Thanks for above posts.I am a newbie just starting out on REI path and glad to find other people interested in Valencia.I was in Valencia and Alicante cities recently and felt more inclined toward Valencia (bigger city; more diverse opportunities instead of mainly tourism in Alicante's case).It'll be great to know your thoughts about good neighbourhoods in Valencia for long term rental investment.

Just curious the area, since there’s a lot of market diversity in the state.
