That's a big city thing we don't have, so not sure if you can do the same thing or not.We went with the bank desktop appraisal so our all-in cost for the credit line was only $300 and happened quickly.

Their options are normally PC(Professional Corporation), PLLC(Professional LLC) or LLP.Everything is state by state specific so they should consult with an attorney on what entity is best suited for them.

If you are familiar with the software that you are using and can generate reports(profit and loss + Balance Sheet), then it shouldn't matter what software is being used.If you need assistance making adjustments, then it helps to use the software that the CPA is most familiar with.I personally think Quickbooks Desktop or Quickbooks online are the most familiar by CPA's.Best of luck.
