A daily rental manager needs to provide some sort of reservation service (preferably it includes an online presence), physically inspect and clean the property each day as your renters check in and out, and provide a linen exchange and laundry service for the sheets, towels, etc.  

It's about what you want to do at the end of the day as each of us have our own reasons why we do things.

Secondly, I try to read at least a blog per day, as well as listen to one podcast per week.

With the current setup, we have 7-day a week coverage which works out quite well. 

A laundry is a 7 day a week business, I found it hard to to get away from it sometimes.On the positive side you do meet some nice people from your customer base.One really critical important thing, get as long of a lease term as you can!
