Our home run comp is actually a 3/2 craftsman home that is only 1550 sqft (we'll be almost 200 sqft bigger) and has a smaller lot than ours.

Their mastery class is fro 20K to $34,000 a year for coaching. we will not invest that money right now into that program.I would rather put that money down on my second home and rehab another home.I restored a craftsman house in LA in 2002 with a renovation loan with a bank.

If they've had a couple of price drops, then they're going to be more motivated to take your offer, including financing contingencies.In my case, the home was one of four almost identical craftsman style homes on the coast that were built by Russian developers.
