I just had the walkthrough and found quite some things I did not like…1k-There is downstairs laminate floor damage (due to condensation from the airhandler according to the seller). 5k-The airhandler is very old - min 15 years and so is the AC unit. ???

its just too disheartening for me I go out have well over 15 million in debt to acquire all these plus millions I cash.. only to have every single day get a report of condenser stolen.. house stripped..

@Cameron Price As you mentioned, it's definitely too deep of a topic to condense the intent and decisions behind writing ~80k pages of the tax code but, to put it very simply...Tax dollars are one thing - the money the government collects from income taxes is used for Social Security, Medicare, national defense, transportation, eduction, and so on and so forth.

It may just be the thermostat, condenser unit going bad (coils leaking, etc), perhaps its out of freon, or maybe even bad fuse or solenoid.

If it's central then there's already venting so usually you need to add electrical and condenser units.

So, I don't know that I have a direct question here, but I would like to draw on other's experience if you have advice on the matter:Just discovered that someone broke the hinge (locked) off the crawl space door at one of my houses and wrenched out the copper pipe between the internal unit and outside condenser.

The water heater needs replacement, air handler filter is close to replacement along with the condensing unit, the dishwasher is inoperable, there is water damage below the sink, and the bathroom sinks have coating deterioration.
