The crash in 2007/2008 pretty much wiped out the notion that real estate was guaranteed to appreciate, and it has left a bad taste in a lot of people's mouths.

Then I came upon this website and that misconceived notion of having wealth to start is now a thing of the past.

This includes the handicapped and a few others groups I may have overlooked.My point is simply this: If they meet all the criteria that makes for a good quality tenant, than you would be ruling out a potentially excellent long-term tenant based on preconceived notions and that is dummy landlording in the first degree!
