There are of course a lot of reviews in these forums and elsewhere (turnkey reviews etc.) but I'm looking for aggregate and detailed log data.For example, all of the incidents (repairs, issues) that the PM company logged across their entire portfolio.

Well they were back logged, so we closed in October of 2017 and the rehab wasn't going to start until April or May of this year, depending on weather.

But beyond that, I'm logging away all of this information for potential future use in either investment deals of my own or helping navigate financing for clients, I really appreciate all of the expert insight!

We both work full time in IT so a systematic process for rent collection, issue/maintenance log and tracking will be helpful.Any advice on experienced diy landlords ?

Keep a log.
