What is so bad about the woman in her 40's? 

It's sickening to hear of a 90-year-old woman living alone in a single-family house when she has several adult children fully capable of caring for her.But the first two are the harder issue.

My other favorite is a senior woman we inherited in the triplex when we purchased it.

I've sent 22 year old woman from my office with no experience and she won every case.

The couple broke up and the woman moved out and now she wants to terminate the lease, but the guy wants to stay.

@Zachary Bellinghausen I usually put a plunger on move-in in  a welcome package which I learned after I had a 40 year old woman who didn't know how to plunge a toilet.
