There is one (half of a) duplex in particular with a fairly significant lot size that is owned by a 75yo. woman and used as a rental.

The encouragement offered by the coaches to quit W2 job and go head first in REI is not sustainable for most of the woman that join! 

Our tenant is a 61 year old woman, and lives in the bottom unit. 

We had previously purchased 2 and 1/3 buildings in Bolivia, and 2 houses by the university of MN , I am a Bolivian woman with broken English,  my husband is a son of a SD farmer, so is a Jack of all trades. 

Since then, I have had to evict two tenants using attorneys, which were very costly, one tenant stabbed two women and went to prison for 8 years, one tenant beat up an elderly man, and one seemingly bubbly woman committed suicide and i had to deal with family out of state who could not get along, and a few tough other scenarios.

The guy gave a pretty woman a break.  

BEEEE THE DAMN MOUSE woman!! 

They even had that tv show where a woman flipper was running around Cleveland, holding her power tools awkwardly, while rehabbing beautiful houses with aplomb.

And once again, you will meet genius after genius in your life who picked the wrong woman or man to go through life with.

I went over there and told the woman she couldn't sleep there.
