I'm sure it's probably not good for the brushes and rollers, but I don't use the best ones, anyway, and I clean my roller by throwing it away, using the ziploc again to grab it off the handle, keep the mess inside the bag, and just wash the handle.

You are to show up with help (and garbage bags....bring lots of garbage bags) and in my county the Marshal will allow you 45 minutes to clear out the place.

However, just made me wonder who would really be left holding the bag if he bailed on me.

I did not see the article and don't know the other basics it purports to teach, but I would not add "walking from the contract before it closes" to my bag of tricks.

A family that comes down here each June brings bags of Walleye with them for us.Another client of ours sends birthday cards to my twin daughters each year with a dollar for each year of their age. When we had several storms this year, customers were out there helping to skim out the leaves, drag chairs back out of the pool, etc.I had a heart attack a couple of years back.

Not to resurrect old threads, but this one popped up while I was searching this morning to prove to a guy I've hired recently to help with a backlog of several homes I need to get finished why he MUST use a layer of thinset BAG mortar under the backer board I have him installing on the floor of a bathroom we will be tiling TOGETHER, since he's not a full time tile pro and I not only love using ceramic or porcelain tile for bathrooms (or natural stone for my higher end projects) but I'm also picky as hell about the finished product and from what I've seen, other than the full time tile pros, 90% of installs done by either someone who's hired or DIY are done either poorly or just flat out wrong. There is a GREAT resource on the net though, honestly as good as Biggerpockets is for a wide variety of real estate related questions, this site "The John Bridge Tile Forum" is for ANY sort of tiling related questions.

Apparently he was pretty obsessed with "tracking" me, and I didn't want to end up in a body bag, so decided to drive in a different neighborhood. So, I'm wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences, whether he thought I was casing the neighborhood?

There are a few reasons I can see someone not using it i.e. they are relying on appreciation (not my cup of tea), they look forward to equity build up and loan payoff, or maybe they are seasoned investors that know their maintenance and management keeps at a certain percentage.
