A lot of people will argue on price, but start to do the math on how much beds, frames, sofas, tables, chairs, TVs, rugs, art, kitchen supplies, and all the other nick nacks cost and it is not cheap.

I don't feel we need monthly cleanings as she comes across as someone who will take care of the place, but I think this is a good idea that I will incorporate in the future. 

Example:  Your rent a Restaurant location with existing tables, chairs, restaurant equipment, cash register, refrigerators, freezers, etc. 

The home protection plan incorporates an assessment alongside your quarterly assistance.

Or, and definitely consult your attorney on this, incorporate under a trust and transfer ownership.

We are rural and outside of any incorporated city limits in Texas.

Keep in mine 1099's are for non-incorporated entities, and I don't think that has changed in recent years.
