You can drink on the streets throughout the city (double check that when you are there), but I have never seen any issues with drinking all over the city on the streets.

That leaves you to the ones that "cant find work" to take the job (my experience has been that they either don't know what they are doing, never show, end up stealing, drug/alcohol issues, or just have zero pride in their work leaving you with a bad repair/rehab). 

I don’t drink coffee but guests do.

It was like drinking from a fire hose... three days, 8+ hours per day.

Poor work habits, alcoholism, drug use, and criminal activity are prevalent in handymen and construction workers in these pay grades.

Mostly just rednecks and people with drinking problems.

Thank God i wasn't drinking coffe or hot tea (LOL)!

Once I get to a target number of doors, I plan to off load all PM and maintenance/renovation duties to others and get fat laying on beach while sipping on fruity drinks. 

Prepared and delivered to local mills is only at about $230What at one time I could pay for, I've now got to charge to take away.Billy Bob and his drinking buddy in their pickup truck may or may not know this, but when the first load hits the scale, they are going to get educated in a hurry.

I drink beers with them!
