It also makes it easy to quickly put the walls up again by utilizing one sheet of drywall or wood trim. 

If you end up with a property in the Arrowhead Woods area (one of the areas with lake rights), you'll have to deal with an architectural committee for any changes, including removal or trimming of trees.

I know this if there was a tree on that property I would be sending over maintenance crew to trim trees at 8 am ever morning a couple days in a row then maybe other issues on property you could deal with 2.

You get way better customer service than you would at a place like HD (and when buying cabinets, that is where you need the good service, as opposed to just buying flooring, trim, etc where it's not that important).

I put killz all over the walls, will probably end up replacing the trim boards, and drowning the corner in some kind of enzyme eliminating solution.

The tile has held up suprisingly good but the grout can get dingy and the painted wood trim gets banged up quickly.  

I bought the wrong size and drilled them directly into the trim.

The floors were redone, new kitchen (counter tops, cabinets, backsplash), new trim and everything was repainted.
