I know this if there was a tree on that property I would be sending over maintenance crew to trim trees at 8 am ever morning a couple days in a row then maybe other issues on property you could deal with 2.

You get way better customer service than you would at a place like HD (and when buying cabinets, that is where you need the good service, as opposed to just buying flooring, trim, etc where it's not that important).
