Most PMCs HIDE their actual mark-ups by only giving the owner invoices on their letterhead (so you don't see their cost) or charging by the hour (the hourly rate includes their mark-up).

I'm thinking in most cases it is not that they're hiding it, it is that they don't have it.When I get it, normally it is for larger places with professional PM in place.

The bigger issue is the opportunity for loss or theft, plus you don't want to be a courier service.Good news is that they have a bank account.

here locally we have a courier do all that but they get all the stuff from My home office.

The hard part is the ones that HIDE their profile and info because they KNOW they are breaking the law in this state.
