I realize I can get a text message but that just sends me to the web portal version and is kind of irritating to use- I wish I was able to log in using Facebook, Twitter and/or LinkedIn.

They let me link out to my site and give me direct contact with my guest without logging in or playing the HomeAway best match games. inquiries have been slow but its seems to be picking up and the travelers I do get are highly interested.

Just caught this article today.https://www.npr.org/2019/06/22/734919303/supreme-court-overturns-precedent-in-property-rights-case-a-sign-of-things-to-co Oregon did this a few years ago passed a law that allowed owners of properties I think prior to 1972 big zoning changes to go back in time if they were owners then and then develop the land as it was zoned or not zoned then.. it passed bunch of people jumped in.. then the law was over turned.. one logging concern  Stimson lumber made applications to rezone literally hundreds of thousands of acres of timber land for development..

That is going to be the best course of action until you build a relationship with a realtor to where they might give you MLS access and you can just log on and use it yourself.

There was no guru crap just people talking and sharing experiences.I had to re-create a log-in and profile as it had been so long.I had never seen anything like this site and knew Josh had something special.I used to go to library and read a lot so now I basically had an unlimited electronic library of real estate investing at my fingertips!

With my first $50K I bought on market deal then got the bag :) but you can do a log of different things with $50K.I would starting with some reading and listening to BP podcast every day (on Spotify) it will help you understand more and come up with vision.Doesn’t have to be a master plan.

For example, assuming it's possible for tenants to log into some Ring mobile app to see who rings their doorbell from a smartphone, what would I need to do the ensure if/whenever they eventually move out and new tenants are there, that the former tenants no longer have access to that specific doorbell?
