Yes I just recently read Grant Cardones 10x Rule and decided that I wanted to take massive action and really start to push myself in the sector.  

Austin mayor takes away the only stick we have, all the while the county continues to raise taxes, the low income sector is getting squeezed.  

I'm open to any type of employment in the real estate sector, I'm a hard worker and enjoy the hustle.

So may of us are working this sector daily and getting good returns on it.

I do get into conversations with investors locally who do this.The sentiment is early flippers over the last few years could find deals with good profit margins easily in the first time homebuyer sector of their markets.

However, I must seriously state that the fact you even pandered this leaves me to believe that you are the dream landlady for every tenant(if there was ever such a thing) worldwide.

I plan to follow a buy and hold strategy to amass enough passive income through real estate to support myself and my family.I will also use my experience and contacts open in house construction and property management companies to service my properties.I welcome contact from all members in all markets and all sectors for advice encouragement, or anything positive I can use and pass on to the next person I encounter on this journey.
