USPS priority mail is great, because the mailman/woman simply scans it when they deliver it and you have proof of delivery you can print out online.  

We had previously purchased 2 and 1/3 buildings in Bolivia, and 2 houses by the university of MN , I am a Bolivian woman with broken English,  my husband is a son of a SD farmer, so is a Jack of all trades. 

Our tenant is a 61 year old woman, and lives in the bottom unit.

The encouragement offered by the coaches to quit W2 job and go head first in REI is not sustainable for most of the woman that join! 

However, we didn't feel right to put a dying woman, her children and care-giver parents out on the street.

This woman can't substantiate her earnings, since she didnt file tax returns in 2017 or 2018.

My handy woman takes care of all that for a very reasonable fee.
