For example, strategies best suited in Rome in my opinion are:- Land / Farm- New construction (build to rent, tiny home STR's, or even development)- Self storage- Manufacturing / industrial CRE

months ago i had found a tiny zip locked bag with a few crystals in it the washer and didnt think much of it til i came back from vacay/business abroad to be told by neighbors left and right that my tenants in the rental unit of my duplex have turned the place into a 'meth house' (right) and that people are up all night vomitting loudly on a nightly basis (left) and now noticed the same thing again in the dryer this time, a tiny zip lock baggy with just a couple grains of what looks like large sugar crystals.. what should i do with it?

They looked so similar at first that I thought one was owned by the other and they just changed the UI a tiny bit and altered the colors. 

Many businesses will never reopen and not everyone will want to take an elevator ride to their tiny apartment. 

Somebody - either a previous owner or tenant - was extremely meticulous and filed violations with the city for every single tiny problem over ten years.

Note: Tiny houses on wheels are treated like camper trailers.

My concern would be that S2A would be sorta like the "tiny house" thing in that it sounds like a great idea but there's not that many people that actually want to buy one.

So, are you trying to model yourself as a tiny REIT?   

I self manage a tiny townhome in Baltimore, which is a hour (depending on various things and what time of day) away and sorta-kinda self-manage a SFH in Florida.

Most importantly those who  would not have a choice to live in a Tiny House/ RV could and end up living on the street.
