Hey guys, Ive stumbled upon this website and really love how much information is on here and how nice everyone is!

I know this is an old thread but I just stumbled across this post, and it was very demotivating!

I believe I can provide that value.I didn't however stumble upon the site and think of creating a competing company.I'm newer to REI and wholesaling and actually came up with the concept for the website prior to knowing whether anything out there existed.I've seen many wholesalers locally sending horrible presentations for properties they have UC via email, there is duplication of WS deals sent to the same investors, there's almost always info missing, there's generally a lack of pics/vids, and many new WS have no idea what a good deal is in our market.

I'm trying to learn about buy and hold for myself, but I just stumbled into a situation with an acquaintance in West Houston / Katy that is in preforeclosure.

Hi @Andrew Whicker:I know this is an old thread, but I stumbled across it in my search for a template so I thought I'd add my two cents.I very respectfully disagree with @Dion DePaoli and @Wayne Brooks.

I stumbled upon the Land Geek podcast and thinking about giving it a shot.  

For anyone that stumbles upon this, Loandisk has worked pretty well for me so far. 

Things you don't think about and pit falls that you may stumble on along your journey of real estate investing. 

I am being much more proactive in my independent learning and that is how I stumbled upon Bigger Pockets.My goal is to flip between four to six properties and acquire one multi-family (two to four units ideally) each year.
