Parkinson's law is the adage that "work expands so as to fill the time available for its completion".In engineering, this problem is overcome by creating tight schedules. 

Think about it from the sellers side, and then try to overcome their resistance with a sweetener that works.

Questions: Looking back at your journey, what did you think would be the hardest thing to overcome when you first started?

It is a huge site, with so much information, which is a good thing.I am not in real estate, but want to know about how to get a loan and overcome obstacles.

It seems that it is working out for you but is this something that you have encountered and how did you overcome?

I am wondering how to get started in real estate looking for deals.I have no idea where to start..It all overwhelming with all the information.I don't have money to start right now...for me never done deals so far and I just feel like it scary bc I don't know what doing and if I found a deal what would I do with it..I not sure how to market it...I not sure how to get right type of contracts to get deal assign to me..Really I have no mentor to go and I not around anyone who does realestate at all.I just need guidance to overcome this fear of holding me back...only thing accomplish so far is creating two FB realestate page.

I knew that roadblocks were apart of the process, but I could not have imagined the hurdles that I had to overcome in order to continue on my journey.

Through my experience, the shortsale will usually ding their credit with a 90 days late, which can be overcome quite quickly through credit repair.

But they don't really want to speak about the commissions and fees involved or say the returns overcome it. 

It's an old stigma that when overcome creates opportunity.
