At least that's what most of my somewhat older neighbors have done.But what if with remote work and rapid development and integration of technology, infrastructure and regulation here in Mexico the reverse could be possible?

There are also things like whether or not the sponsor is vertically integrated or will they hire out for all the value-added work and property management.

Right now, it goes something like this -- (1) highlight your area on a map, (2) get a list of addresses, (3) we integrate with 4-5 data sources and return the results in a spreadsheet with addresses, owner names and phone numbers, tax value, market value, and basic home details.

This does not mean making guarantees and putting your integrity at risk.
