If not beware you're likely to get the mortgage called.Do you know the right sequence to follow in closing the transaction so you don't open yourself to a future claim of possible insurance fraud or lawsuits because you have two policies and each point the finger at the other to pay a claim and in the meantime the bank finds out about the sub2 because of the claim and then they exercise their due on sale clause on you.Sub 2's are a great tool to buy properties IF you know what to do and how to do to minimize risk. 

They need to point the finger at themselves and realize it wouldn't happen at all if they were finding their members deals which they claim are swarming the market.

Think about it, you will make money and not have to lift a finger!

If it was my area and we were just at the "Commitment" stage I would expect a couple weeks because then the lawyers get started on title (Of course it is a finger pointing mess at that point)Hope it works out for ya Steve!

I've let a couple good deals slip through my fingers just looking at them too hard.

Now all I have to do is cross my fingers that it will appraise!

And you're in MA, so you can't just snap your fingers and easily evict. 

I am sure you have more resources at your finger tips than you realize!

Thank goodness haven't had to use it so just keeping our fingers crossed that it works like it says it does :-) if we were to need it.
