I took mine in PA through real estate express and I will note that there are 2 sections, 30 hrs PA Fundamentals and 30 hrs PA practices, you have to sit for a final exam on each section in a public facility (school, library, etc.) with a proctor.  

I express the situation in their interest--getting behind on rent, risking a possible eviction is not helping you, but moving out and finding a safety net and getting your deposit back and a decent reference is.. 

All units are fully occupied So far no tenant approached us yet to express the rent payment pressure for the coming month though I have concerns about 2 of the tenants who are low-income and has work suspended because of this virus. 

I am a fan of the ideas expressed in the book and not such a fan of Kiyosaki himself.This was the first book that helped me change my mindset about wealth and financial freedom.

If I were you I would call around to some brokerage's and express your interest in hanging your license with them and seen how they respond to the question "Can I wholesale if I am brokered here?"

I did find out that Plastiq can't do many transactions with American Express because of limitations FROM American Express.

My other concern though is the current outlook on the housing market in Tampa, and the many expressed calculations on Tampa's housing market being over priced.

They will reisnpect and fail everything done without their express say so.
