While living there, we replaced the roof, added gutters, encapsulated the crawlspace, replaced the two HVAC units, and rebuilt the deck with Trex.

I imagine a dome would, and maybe the deck on which a tent sits, but I doubt a tent would. 

Option 1- Being a house hacker at heart, the sfh has a unique big detached garage with about 550-650 sqft of space on the second floor that has central a/c and heat, a deck, and electrical box (only thing I would need would be to extend the plumbing from house to garage, about 20 ft maybe (digging trenches in dirt) still needing a bath and kitchenette.

People get dealt way harder decks and I am by no means whining but I am tired of hearing oh, you don't understand how hard some people have it.

They often don't clean very thoroughly and require a supervisor to point out missed areas like on top of the ceiling fan blades and other small things that add up.

The Killearn property is a townhome and has a very small deck/backyard.
